With Microsoft Outlook open, click on the "Tools" menu, then click on
"E-mail Accounts...":
Click on the "Add >" button, then click on "Add a new e-mail
account..."and press Next >:
Click "POP3.." and Click "Next
>".
Enter all the details given to you by our support department and Click
"Next >".
Fill out the details and . Click "OK >".
Make sure that you "tick" the box "My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication" and click on "Use same settings as my
incoming mail server" and Click "OK >".
No settings need to be changed here. Click "OK >".
Click "Finish".
To Test - do a send & receive.
