turnover is low.
The spread of broadband means people can tell a fast website from a
slow one. Our webservers sit on very fast Internet connections and
we do not artificially limit the bandwidth available, or cram so many
websites onto servers that busier sites find themselves with
insufficient bandwidth.
First-Web Network Services Ltd is a full member of Nominet UK and a Domain
Registration Services Provider of OpenSRS. This enables us to register and
administer most of the top level domain names (TLD's) in the UK and

Most of our clients do not want 'off the peg' hosting and we have
experience in setting up quite complex database-driven websites
and desktop applications. An example is our travel
agents' airfares program CharterFinder, which has both web and
desktop components. However we can also supply standard hosting
packages, as detailed below.

All the above packages provide access to our email servers for reliably sending and receiving email using standard POP3 software (setup details here). Our email servers are protected with regularly updated antispam and antivirus software. If you are away from your computer temporarily you can use our webmail interface in a browser (via an encrypted HTTPS session if you wish) or a PDA such as the iPAQ, or even from a WAP-enabled mobile phone.
Where we provide .NET Framework access on shared hosting, it is configured at the manufacturer's recommended level of Medium trust.
All the above packages include a monthly pullthrough allowance and additional
bandwidth usage will be invoiced monthly.
