Time and methods of Payment
We will send invoices to you using the most recent Contact details you have supplied.
We must receive cleared payment in full within thirty days of the Invoice Tax Date, unless
otherwise stated on the Invoice.
Cheques should be sent by First or Second Class
post to the address shown on our Contact page.
You can
also pay by
Internet Banking: we will supply the necessary details upon request.
The time when payment is received shall be of the essence and payment shall only
be deemed received by First-Web upon receipt of cleared funds. Payment must be
made in full without any abatement, setoff or deduction on any grounds. First-Web
reserves the right to suspend services in the case of late payment.
You must tell us if your Contact details change
It is vital that we are able to send Invoices and other communications to our
customers and equally vital that our customers can contact us. Therefore, it is the
responsibility of customers to notify us immediately if their contact details
change. We can be contacted using the details shown on our
